Job title- Customer Service Manager
Company- The Bukachefbydee
Pay per annum £38,700
Work hours 40 hours, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings as required
The Bukachefbydee is looking for an experienced and confident Customer Service Manager to assist with its operations. Candidates with strong communication, leadership, marketing, and problem-solving skills are preferable.
Day to day, you will:
Develops and implements policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer requirements and complaints
Co-ordinates and controls the work of those within customer services departments
Monitoring customer service operations
Solving complex customer complaints and grievances
Designing strategies to achieve and surpass the goals of different customer satisfaction metrics
Hiring new team members and training them
Creating weekly reports and evaluating progress with the chief operations officer
Preparing departmental budgets and tracking expenses
discusses customer responses with other managers with a view to improving the product or service provided
plans and co-ordinates the operations of help and advisory services to provide support for customers and users
